1. Focus on the right foods

2. Eat raw
It's a fact: our hectic and stressed lifestyles, associated with an industrial diet and regular antibiotic therapies, put a strain on the functioning of the microbiota. We now know that intestinal dysbiosis can lead to autoimmune pathologies, degenerative diseases or even depression... The good news?
